John Scharffenberger

John Scharffenberger founded Scharffenberger Cellars, one of the premier sparkling wine manufacturers in the United States. He sold his interest in the winery, and in 1996 he co-founded Scharffen Berger Chocolate Maker. Scharffenberger lives in Berkeley and Mendocino County.
